Los procesos interactivos atmósfera-mar en la climatología mediterránea

Abstract

[ES]El análisis de los procesos inherentes a la formación del campo térmico superficial del mar Mediterráneo y su relación con las distintas situaciones atmosféricas, permite poner de manifiesto su importancia en la climatología regional. Simultáneamente, la gran correlación de esos mismos procesos con las oscilaciones del índice de la circulación convierten a la Cuenca Occidental del Mediterráneo en una zona neur´algica de las interacciones atmósfera- mar.

[EN]The analysis of the inherent processes to the formation of the superficial thermal field of the Mediterranean Sea and their relation with the different atmospheric situations, allow to show their importance in the regional climatology. Simultaneously, the great correlation of those same processes with the oscillations of the index of the circulation turns the Western basin of the Mediterranean into a neuralgic zone of the atmosphere-sea interactions.
